Najzauj\u00edmavej\u0161ie zistenia boli, \u017ee tento \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd pri obrazovk\u00e1ch pred span\u00edm mal len mal\u00fd vplyv na sp\u00e1nok po\u010das noci. Pou\u017e\u00edvanie obrazoviek po sp\u00e1nku v\u0161ak malo vplyv na sp\u00e1nok &#8211; br\u00e1nilo dospievaj\u00facim zaspa\u0165<\/p>\n<p>pribli\u017ene pol hodiny a skr\u00e1tilo d\u013a\u017eku sp\u00e1nku v noci. Platilo to najm\u00e4 pre interakt\u00edvne \u010dinnosti na obrazovke, ako je hranie hier a multitasking, t. j. pou\u017e\u00edvanie viacer\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed s\u00fa\u010dasne, napr. sledovanie filmu na Netflixe na notebooku a hranie Xboxu na hernom zariaden\u00ed. &#8222;Ka\u017ed\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 10 min\u00fat \u010dinnosti na obrazovke tohto typu skr\u00e1tilo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/sleep-timing-vs-sleep-length-which-matters-more\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u013a\u017eku sp\u00e1nku<\/a> v noci takmer o rovnak\u00fa hodnotu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee vplyv \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00e9ho pri obrazovke na sp\u00e1nok sa prejavuje predov\u0161etk\u00fdm prostredn\u00edctvom \u010dasov\u00e9ho posunu, ktor\u00fd od\u010fa\u013euje n\u00e1stup sp\u00e1nku, a nie priamym vplyvom modr\u00e9ho svetla alebo interakt\u00edvneho zapojenia, ke\u010f\u017ee sme nezistili \u017eiadne s\u00favislosti s oneskoren\u00edm sp\u00e1nku a bdelos\u0165ou po\u010das sp\u00e1nku.
