U \u013eud\u00ed je inzul\u00edn zn\u00e1my predov\u0161etk\u00fdm ako horm\u00f3n produkovan\u00fd pankreasom, ktor\u00fd kontroluje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/insomnia-boosts-diabetes-risk-raises-blood-sugar-levels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hladinu cukru v krvi<\/a>. T\u00e1to molekula inzul\u00ednu v\u0161ak bola namiesto toho produkovan\u00e1 \u010drevn\u00fdmi bunkami mala vplyv aj na metabolizmus tukov prostredn\u00edctvom mozgu. Ke\u010f vedci zistili, \u017ee ide o inzul\u00edn, pova\u017eovali to za paradox. Inzul\u00edn je tak dobre presk\u00faman\u00fd u cicavcov a neexistoval \u017eiadny precedens, \u017ee by inzul\u00ednov\u00e1 molekula zohr\u00e1vala tak\u00fato \u00falohu.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f v\u0161ak skupina sk\u00famala, ako INS-7 p\u00f4sob\u00ed na mozgov\u00e9 bunky produkuj\u00face FLP-7, zistili, \u017ee neaktivuje inzul\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory &#8211; ako v\u0161etky predt\u00fdm objaven\u00e9 molekuly inzul\u00ednu &#8211; ale blokuje inzul\u00ednov\u00fd receptor. T\u00e1to blok\u00e1da n\u00e1sledne spustila kask\u00e1du \u010fal\u0161\u00edch molekul\u00e1rnych udalost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 nakoniec sp\u00f4sobili, \u017ee mozgov\u00e9 bunky prestali produkova\u0165 FLP-7. Pod\u013ea Srinivasana je INS-7 v podstate sign\u00e1l z \u010driev, ktor\u00fd mozgu oznamuje, aby moment\u00e1lne nespa\u013eoval \u010fal\u0161ie tukov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby, preto\u017ee mu nie je dod\u00e1van\u00e1 \u017eiadna potrava.<\/p>\n<h2>Sign\u00e1ly medzi \u010drevom a mozgom riadia metabolizmus<\/h2>\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadie u\u017e uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/chrononutrition\/the-benefits-of-fasting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obdobie p\u00f4stu<\/a> m\u00f4\u017ee ovplyvni\u0165 organizmus r\u00f4znymi sp\u00f4sobmi, ale mechanizmy t\u00fdchto zmien boli doteraz nejasn\u00e9. Nov\u00e9 zistenia pod\u013ea Srinivasana pom\u00e1haj\u00fa vysvetli\u0165, ako mozog a tr\u00e1viaci syst\u00e9m komunikuj\u00fa oboma smermi pri riaden\u00ed metabolizmu v reakcii na dostupnos\u0165 potravy. Je potrebn\u00fd \u010fal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskum, aby sa ur\u010dilo, ktor\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tne cesty u cicavcov sa podie\u013eaj\u00fa na nov\u00fdch sign\u00e1loch medzi \u010drevom a mozgom.<\/p>\n<p>Zl\u00fa\u010deniny, ktor\u00e9 napodob\u0148uj\u00fa \u010drevn\u00e9 horm\u00f3ny &#8211; ako napr\u00edklad semaglutid, zn\u00e1my pod obchodn\u00fdmi n\u00e1zvami Ozempic, Wegovy a Rybelus &#8211; sa ned\u00e1vno osved\u010dili v boji proti obezite a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/circadian-rhythm-and-diabetes-risk-whats-the-connection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cukrovke<\/a>, tak\u017ee nov\u00e9 \u010drevn\u00e9 peptidy by mohli doplni\u0165 t\u00fato skupinu liekov.
