Okrem toho sa pou\u017e\u00edvali aj r\u00f4zne formul\u00e1cie, ako napr\u00edklad r\u00fdchlo sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00faci alebo chronobiologicky kombinovan\u00fd\/pulzuj\u00faci melaton\u00edn, tak\u017ee ani tu nie je porovnanie jednozna\u010dn\u00e9. Ak sa v\u0161ak zhrn\u00fa v\u0161etky doteraz zozbieran\u00e9 \u00fadaje, potom mo\u017eno pova\u017eova\u0165 za vhodn\u00e9 nasleduj\u00face odpor\u00fa\u010dania pre d\u00e1vkovanie: V r\u00e1mci tzv. chronoterapie, ktor\u00e1 pom\u00e1ha resetova\u0165 vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 hodiny, posta\u010duje d\u00e1vkovanie 0,5 mg a\u017e 1 mg r\u00fdchlo sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00faceho pr\u00edpravku. \u00da\u010dinn\u00e9 sa uk\u00e1zalo aj pulzuj\u00face pod\u00e1vanie a\u017e do 3 mg. Plat\u00ed to najm\u00e4 pri pr\u00e1ci na zmeny a\/alebo pri jetlagu. \u010cas po\u017eitia sa prisp\u00f4sobuje \u010dasu nov\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma v pr\u00edpade jetlagu a \u010dasu f\u00e1zy odpo\u010dinku u pracovn\u00edkov pracuj\u00facich na zmeny.<\/p>\n<p>Ak je potrebn\u00e1 klasick\u00e1 substitu\u010dn\u00e1 lie\u010dba, ako je to v pr\u00edpade star\u0161\u00edch \u013eud\u00ed, potom je najvhodnej\u0161ia pulzuj\u00faca d\u00e1vkovacia forma, a nie pomaly alebo r\u00fdchlo sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00faca forma.
