In realt\u00e0, il nostro corpo \u00e8 controllato da diversi orologi interni. Se l&#8217;orologio circadiano, o delle 24 ore, \u00e8 fondamentale per molti processi cellulari, nuove ricerche suggeriscono che i ritmi stagionali sono altrettanto importanti.<\/p>\n<h2>Come il nostro cervello percepisce le stagioni<\/h2>\n<p>I nostri ritmi circadiani sono regolati da fattori chiamati zeitgeber, ovvero differenze di luce, temperatura e altri fattori che indicano il tempo. Si alza bruscamente alle prime luci del giorno per preparare le persone a svegliarsi.<\/p>\n<p>Quando l&#8217;ora del sorgere del sole \u00e8 anticipata, come accade in estate, i <a href=\"http:\/\/informahealthcare.com\/doi\/abs\/10.3109\/07420528.2013.844162\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">livelli mediani di cortisolo diminuiscono bruscamente<\/a>, soprattutto quelli del mattino. Questo pu\u00f2 accadere per consentire alle persone di dormire dopo un&#8217;alba estremamente precoce, ma probabilmente ci sono anche altre ragioni.
