Un nuovo studio di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cronobiologia<\/a>, pubblicato di recente, conferma questo legame e offre una nuova visione dei processi cellulari che collegano i due problemi di salute.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancro e DNA<\/h2>\n<p>Il cancro \u00e8 intrinsecamente una malattia del DNA. Il nostro codice genetico controlla la proliferazione e la crescita delle cellule. Le mutazioni in questo codice consentono una crescita incontrollata e la perdita della normale funzione nelle cellule anormali. Quando gli scienziati hanno scoperto che i geni CLOCK e altri geni legati al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/about-chronobiology\/#CircadianRhythm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ritmo circadiano<\/a> aiutano a programmare la crescita e la riproduzione delle cellule, hanno immediatamente sospettato un legame con il cancro. La PASD1 si trova nelle cellule che si dividono e crescono rapidamente, comprese le cellule germinali, le cellule staminali e le cellule tumorali.
