Capire i meccanismi che portano allo squilibrio ormonale \u00e8 fondamentale per qualsiasi programma di prevenzione e queste nuove informazioni possono fornire alle donne consigli pratici. Attenendosi alle normali ore di luce ed evitando le professioni che richiedono lunghe ore trascorse sotto le luci artificiali mentre il corpo chiede di dormire, le donne possono avere maggiori possibilit\u00e0 di evitare il cancro al seno.<\/p>\n<h2>Come sappiamo che la luce artificiale \u00e8 il colpevole<\/h2>\n<p>Una prova che la luce artificiale \u00e8 colpevole di introdurre lo squilibrio circadiano \u00e8 che le <a href=\"http:\/\/jnci.oxfordjournals.org\/content\/92\/9\/686.full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">donne non vedenti hanno un netto vantaggio quando si tratta di evitare il cancro al seno<\/a>.
