Recenti ricerche in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cronobiologia<\/a> rivelano che ci sono due fattori alimentari che possono influenzare il ritmo del corpo. Ci\u00f2 che si mangia e il momento in cui lo si fa influenzano l&#8217;orologio interno della persona. Gli organi chiave del corpo funzionano al meglio in determinati momenti della giornata. Gli studi dimostrano che \u00e8 possibile allenare l&#8217;organismo mangiando certi pasti in determinate ore del giorno per migliorare le prestazioni digestive dell&#8217;organismo e ridurre il rischio di problemi gastrointestinali.<\/p>\n<h2>Quando si mangia<\/h2>\n<p>La ricerca sostiene la teoria secondo cui il mangiare di notte pu\u00f2 avere ampie implicazioni. Alcuni medici suggeriscono che il digiuno durante le ore notturne pu\u00f2 essere un importante passo per la gestione del peso. I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.salk.edu\/news\/pressrelease_details.php?press_id=2062\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ricercatori del Salk Institute raccomandano una dieta a tempo limitato<\/a>, limitando il consumo di cibo a periodi di 8-12 ore.<\/p>\n<p>Anche programmare i pasti all&#8217;inizio della giornata si \u00e8 dimostrato un modo valido per ridurre le possibilit\u00e0 di aumento di peso. Una volta ingeriti, i carboidrati vengono scomposti nella loro forma molecolare pi\u00f9 semplice, il glucosio. Il glucosio alimenta le cellule e fornisce l&#8217;energia necessaria per svolgere le attivit\u00e0 quotidiane. Per questo motivo si consiglia di interrompere il digiuno notturno con una colazione ricca di carboidrati. Secondo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/10435117\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">uno studio pubblicato sull&#8217;<em> International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition<\/em><\/a>, i soggetti che hanno consumato colazioni ad alto contenuto di fibre e carboidrati si sono sentiti pi\u00f9 sazi, pi\u00f9 a lungo e hanno mangiato meno sia a colazione che a pranzo rispetto ai loro omologhi ad alto contenuto di grassi.<\/p>\n<p>Sebbene i carboidrati, in particolare quelli complessi, siano una buona scelta per iniziare la mattina, non lo sono per concludere la giornata. L&#8217;ultimo pasto della giornata dovrebbe consistere in alimenti ricchi di proteine come pesce, pollo o tacchino e verdure a basso contenuto di carboidrati come asparagi, broccoli e peperoni. In questo modo l&#8217;organismo ha a disposizione il resto della serata e l&#8217;intera notte per scomporre i depositi di grasso per ricavarne carburante, aiutando cos\u00ec il corpo a mantenere o a diminuire il peso. Le <a href=\"http:\/\/healthyeating.sfgate.com\/roles-protein-play-body-3918.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proteine consumate vengono scomposte<\/a> in aminoacidi che hanno il compito di riparare i tessuti e gli organi, di equilibrare il livello di pH dell&#8217;organismo e di mantenere il sistema immunitario.<\/p>\n<p>I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/about-chronobiology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complessi ritmi<\/a> del corpo umano non funzionano indipendentemente dagli stimoli esterni.
