En outre, le fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie des dormeurs insomniaques sur une p\u00e9riode de 10 ans \u00e9tait associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une probabilit\u00e9 significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 chroniques, notamment les maladies cardiovasculaires, le diab\u00e8te et la d\u00e9pression. Selon les experts, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude MIDUS n&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre pas repr\u00e9sentative de l&rsquo;ensemble de la population, puisqu&rsquo;elle se compose principalement d&rsquo;adultes en bonne sant\u00e9, mais il n&rsquo;en reste pas moins que la plupart des participants pr\u00e9sentaient un comportement sous-optimal en mati\u00e8re de sommeil, avec des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/55159\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">insomnies<\/a> ou des siestes.<\/p>\n<h2>Un sommeil sain d\u00e9pend de plusieurs facteurs<\/h2>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats pourraient sugg\u00e9rer qu&rsquo;il est tr\u00e8s difficile de changer nos habitudes de sommeil, car la sant\u00e9 du sommeil fait partie int\u00e9grante de notre mode de vie g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Elles pourraient \u00e9galement indiquer que les gens ne sont pas encore conscients de l&rsquo;importance de leur sommeil et de la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;adopter des comportements sains. Il existe des comportements d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne du sommeil que les gens peuvent adopter pour am\u00e9liorer leur sommeil, comme ne pas utiliser de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable au lit, faire de l&rsquo;exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et \u00e9viter la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/caffeine-and-sleep-deprivation-why-coffee-is-not-the-answer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">caf\u00e9ine<\/a> en fin d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi.
