Notre corps et notre esprit ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 selon ce <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/21621073\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rythme circadien<\/a> d&rsquo;environ <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/21621073\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">24 heures<\/a> qui influence un nombre incalculable de processus par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de chronom\u00e9treurs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nigms.nih.gov\/education\/fact-sheets\/Pages\/circadian-rhythms.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dans tout le corps<\/a>. Les chercheurs expliquent que cette d\u00e9couverte explique les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/how-morning-and-evening-exercise-affect-your-body-differently\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diff\u00e9rences de performance<\/a> et d&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie par les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/how-morning-and-evening-exercise-affect-your-body-differently\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">muscles<\/a> au cours de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique ou de l&rsquo;exercice, en reliant ces diff\u00e9rences au rythme circadien global et au rythme naturel de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9. L&rsquo;utilisation des muscles pendant l&rsquo;exercice physique modifie l&rsquo;environnement des cellules qui composent les muscles, augmentant le besoin d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/scitable\/topicpage\/cell-energy-and-cell-functions-14024533\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9nergie pour alimenter l&rsquo;<\/a> activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant les p\u00e9riodes de faible activit\u00e9, les cellules musculaires utilisent l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne pour cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.
