En ce qui concerne le rythme circadien et la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, le moment de l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re bleue est important. Avec la lumi\u00e8re naturelle, l&rsquo;exposition diminue avec le coucher du soleil et, \u00e0 la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit, la production de m\u00e9latonine se met en route, pr\u00e9parant le corps au sommeil.
