Dans cette \u00e9tude, les chercheurs ont examin\u00e9 les taux d&rsquo;apparition de probl\u00e8mes de sommeil, de fatigue et de brouillard c\u00e9r\u00e9bral dans les dossiers m\u00e9dicaux d&rsquo;environ 233 000 personnes ayant re\u00e7u un r\u00e9sultat positif au test de d\u00e9pistage du Covid-19 et d&rsquo;environ 11,7 millions de personnes n&rsquo;ayant pas contract\u00e9 la maladie. Les donn\u00e9es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/covid-19-linked-to-lingering-sleep-problems-and-fatigue?utm_source=Sailthru%20Email&amp;utm_medium=Email&amp;utm_campaign=MNT%20Daily%20News&amp;utm_content=2021-11-22&amp;apid=32391785&amp;rvid=7e4b9ebe1218e10c4c600855535b213faa0364df11c9876d01521282de1b38c4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9es des dossiers<\/a> des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 16 ans et plus qui ont consult\u00e9 leur prestataire de soins de sant\u00e9 entre le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2020 et le 9 d\u00e9cembre 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par les chercheurs de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Manchester ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une association int\u00e9ressante entre le Covid-19 et les probl\u00e8mes persistants de sommeil et de fatigue. Les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 que la fatigue \u00e9tait cinq fois plus susceptible d&rsquo;\u00eatre un probl\u00e8me permanent chez les personnes qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 infect\u00e9es par le Covid-19 que chez celles qui ne l&rsquo;avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9. Les troubles du sommeil \u00e9taient \u00e9galement plus fr\u00e9quents chez les personnes ayant contract\u00e9 le Covid-19 que chez celles qui n&rsquo;avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es positives \u00e0 la maladie. Trois fois plus de personnes ayant obtenu un r\u00e9sultat positif au test Covid-19 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9es avec un trouble du sommeil dans les six semaines suivant leur test Covid-19 positif. Le groupe d&rsquo;\u00e2ge le plus susceptible d&rsquo;\u00e9prouver des probl\u00e8mes de sommeil et de fatigue \u00e9tait celui des 60 \u00e0 69 ans, et les femmes \u00e9taient plus susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre touch\u00e9es par la fatigue et les probl\u00e8mes de sommeil que les hommes.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de noter ici qu&rsquo;avant cette \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Manchester, d&rsquo;autres \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9tabli un lien entre le brouillard c\u00e9r\u00e9bral et un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health-news\/foggy-brain-lack-of-sleep#:~:text=A%20new%20study%20explains%20why,affect%20memory%20and%20visual%20perception.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sommeil insuffisant et de mauvaise qualit\u00e9<\/a>, ainsi qu&rsquo;avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/covid-brain-fog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Covid-19<\/a>.
