Conscients de ce lien, les chercheurs d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente ont \u00e9mis l&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se que le moment de la journ\u00e9e o\u00f9 vous pratiquez une activit\u00e9 physique peut \u00e9galement avoir une incidence sur le risque de cancer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir des donn\u00e9es recueillies aupr\u00e8s de 1,44 million de participants, <a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamainternalmedicine\/fullarticle\/2521826\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cette vaste \u00e9tude mondiale<\/a> a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re contribuait non seulement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le taux de maladies cardiaques, mais qu&rsquo;elle entra\u00eenait \u00e9galement une diminution du risque de cancer. Avant cette \u00e9tude, le lien entre l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de loisir et le risque de cancer n&rsquo;avait pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli de mani\u00e8re aussi d\u00e9taill\u00e9e. Cette recherche a permis d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un lien clair entre l&rsquo;exercice physique et la r\u00e9duction du risque de d\u00e9velopper de nombreux types de cancer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/ijc.33310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cette nouvelle \u00e9tude<\/a> est \u00e9galement la premi\u00e8re du genre \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence une composante circadienne sp\u00e9cifique des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l&rsquo;exercice physique au cours d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e. Les chercheurs ont examin\u00e9 1 285 personnes atteintes d&rsquo;un cancer et 1 510 t\u00e9moins. Parmi les personnes atteintes d&rsquo;un cancer, 781 femmes avaient un cancer du sein et 504 hommes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9s avec un cancer de la prostate. Ces personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9es \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser leur niveau d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique et le moment o\u00f9 elles s&rsquo;y adonnaient. Les chercheurs ont pu d\u00e9terminer que l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique pratiqu\u00e9e entre 8 et 10 heures du matin \u00e9tait la plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;incidence des cancers du sein et de la prostate.<\/p>\n<p>Comment expliquer ce lien ? Les chercheurs pensent que les avantages de bouger t\u00f4t le matin pour pr\u00e9venir le cancer du sein pourraient \u00eatre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/estrogen-protects-womens-hearts-from-effects-of-circadian-rhythm-disruptions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">li\u00e9s aux \u0153strog\u00e8nes<\/a>. Des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u0153strog\u00e8nes sont syst\u00e9matiquement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un risque accru de d\u00e9velopper un cancer du sein. En outre, la production d&rsquo;\u0153strog\u00e8nes est \u00e0 son maximum vers 7 heures du matin. Comme il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l&rsquo;exercice r\u00e9duit les \u0153strog\u00e8nes dans le corps, il est logique qu&rsquo;une course \u00e0 pied matinale ou d&rsquo;autres types d&rsquo;exercices puissent supprimer cette production d&rsquo;hormones au moment o\u00f9 elle est la plus susceptible de monter en fl\u00e8che.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, il est bien connu que la m\u00e9latonine peut \u00e9galement offrir une protection contre le cancer. Avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcrf.org\/dietandcancer\/cancer-trends\/worldwide-cancer-data\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pr\u00e8s de 20 millions de cas de cancer<\/a> par an dans le monde, la pr\u00e9vention du cancer est en t\u00eate de liste des d\u00e9fis de sant\u00e9 publique pour le si\u00e8cle \u00e0 venir. Compte tenu de la pr\u00e9valence croissante de cette maladie d\u00e9vastatrice, il est imp\u00e9ratif que les chercheurs m\u00e9dicaux comprennent le mieux possible comment la pr\u00e9venir.<\/p>\n<p>Peu de personnes d\u00e9clarent respecter les recommandations minimales en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique.
