En outre, de plus en plus de donn\u00e9es sugg\u00e8rent que nous sommes plus expos\u00e9s \u00e0 diverses maladies si notre horloge interne n&rsquo;est pas bien r\u00e9gl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Nouvelles recherches sur la chronobiologie et la vue<\/h2>\n<p>Il est clair que nos yeux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour faire bien plus que nous aider \u00e0 voir. Ils agissent \u00e9galement comme une sorte de compteur de lumi\u00e8re, nous aidant \u00e0 ajuster notre rythme circadien au monde qui nous entoure. Ce point est important car de nouvelles recherches sugg\u00e8rent que le rythme circadien humain n&rsquo;est pas naturellement un rythme de 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Pour des raisons que les scientifiques ne comprennent pas enti\u00e8rement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pointsdevue.com\/article\/good-blue-and-chronobiology-light-and-non-visual-functions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">notre cerveau ne fonctionne pas naturellement sur un cycle veille-sommeil de 24 heures<\/a>. Pour pouvoir vivre confortablement selon ce rythme, nous devons nous fier \u00e0 des signaux lumineux qui indiquent \u00e0 notre cerveau comment s&rsquo;adapter.<\/p>\n<p>Comment les personnes aveugles ou malvoyantes s&rsquo;adaptent-elles ? Plusieurs \u00e9tudes sugg\u00e8rent qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 majeur pour les personnes souffrant de troubles de la vue. Plus de 70 % des personnes aveugles souffrent d&rsquo;un trouble du sommeil non 24 heures, un \u00e9tat dans lequel leurs rythmes circadiens ne s&rsquo;alignent pas sur la journ\u00e9e de 24 heures de notre plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9fis circadiens pour les personnes ayant une vision r\u00e9duite<\/h2>\n<p>Les personnes atteintes de c\u00e9cit\u00e9, de troubles de la vision et d&rsquo;autres handicaps visuels sont plus sujettes \u00e0 divers probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur horloge interne. Les personnes souffrant de troubles visuels courants tels que la myopie sont encore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/melatonin-and-myopia-how-sleep-patterns-are-linked-to-short-sightedness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">plus sujettes aux troubles circadiens<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La myopie est un probl\u00e8me courant.
