Cependant, une grande partie de la protection contre les virus et m\u00eame le cancer est assur\u00e9e par un type de cellule immunitaire appel\u00e9 cellule T. Les cellules T sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es dans la moelle osseuse et se transforment ensuite en machines \u00e0 tuer les virus dans le thymus.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le thymus, les cellules T se transforment en plusieurs types diff\u00e9rents. L&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux est la cellule T CD-8+, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de cellule tueuse. Ces cellules sont particuli\u00e8rement toxiques pour les virus. Elles reconnaissent les virus pr\u00e9sents dans notre circulation sanguine, et m\u00eame dans nos cellules, qui tentent d&rsquo;infecter notre organisme. Ces cellules attaquent agressivement tout intrus, ce qui explique leur efficacit\u00e9. Cependant, leur d\u00e9veloppement ne se fait pas au hasard. Il n\u00e9cessite un ensemble complexe d&rsquo;\u00e9tapes, toutes contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par diff\u00e9rents g\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n<p>Selon de nouvelles recherches, ces g\u00e8nes pourraient avoir un rythme circadien qui influerait sur notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 lutter contre la maladie \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Horloges internes, rythmes internes<\/h2>\n<p>De notre temp\u00e9rature corporelle \u00e0 notre app\u00e9tit, nos horloges internes, ou rythmes circadiens, contr\u00f4lent la plupart de nos fonctions corporelles. Nos yeux per\u00e7oivent la lumi\u00e8re et transmettent des messages \u00e0 notre cerveau, qui lib\u00e8re ensuite des hormones indiquant aux cellules de notre corps l&rsquo;heure de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9centes sugg\u00e8rent que notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement un rythme circadien inn\u00e9. Les personnes sont plus susceptibles de tomber malades lorsque leur rythme circadien est d\u00e9r\u00e9gl\u00e9, par exemple lorsqu&rsquo;elles ne dorment pas assez ou lorsqu&rsquo;elles travaillent de nuit ou en horaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s. En outre, les chercheurs ont depuis longtemps remarqu\u00e9 que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4090048\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire ne fonctionne pas aussi bien \u00e0 tout moment de la journ\u00e9e<\/a>, ce qui sugg\u00e8re l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;un rythme naturel, m\u00eame au-del\u00e0 des pouvoirs de gu\u00e9rison du sommeil.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment l&rsquo;horloge biologique contr\u00f4le le syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/h2>\n<p>Pour \u00e9tudier la relation entre l&rsquo;immunit\u00e9 et le rythme circadien, les chercheurs ont compar\u00e9 deux groupes de souris. Dans le premier groupe, certains g\u00e8nes circadiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s, tandis que le second groupe \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 de souris tout \u00e0 fait normales. Les deux groupes de souris ont re\u00e7u un vaccin pour d\u00e9clencher leur syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me groupe, compos\u00e9 de souris normales, a montr\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses diff\u00e9rentes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/326455.php?utm_source=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_country=US&amp;utm_hcp=no&amp;utm_campaign=MNT%20Daily%20News%202019-09-26&amp;utm_term=MNT%20Daily%20News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">selon l&rsquo;heure de la journ\u00e9e \u00e0 laquelle elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vaccin\u00e9es<\/a>. Les souris dont les g\u00e8nes circadiens \u00e9taient d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentaient une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Cette synchronisation circadienne \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement visible lorsque les chercheurs ont examin\u00e9 l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/content\/116\/40\/20077\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">activation des cellules T CD8+.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9couverte a d&rsquo;\u00e9normes r\u00e9percussions sur notre sant\u00e9. Ce type de cellules T constitue notre premi\u00e8re ligne de d\u00e9fense, non seulement contre le rhume et la grippe, mais aussi contre le cancer. Lorsque nos rythmes circadiens sont \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;heure\u00a0\u00bb, nous pouvons nous attendre \u00e0 des fluctuations de notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Tout d&rsquo;abord, il est essentiel pour notre sant\u00e9 de dormir suffisamment et de maintenir nos rythmes circadiens r\u00e9gul\u00e9s, en particulier pour lutter contre les virus et les diff\u00e9rents types de cancer. Deuxi\u00e8mement, il peut \u00eatre avantageux d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les situations charg\u00e9es en germes jusqu&rsquo;aux heures de la journ\u00e9e o\u00f9 notre rythme circadien est le plus fort. Ces recherches ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur des souris, nous ne connaissons pas encore les heures pendant lesquelles le syst\u00e8me immunitaire humain fonctionne de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il peut y avoir des avantages \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffpost.com\/entry\/circadian-rhythms-immunity-immune-system_n_1281654\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">se faire vacciner \u00e0 certaines heures de la journ\u00e9e<\/a>. Bien que cette question doive faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes plus approfondies, il est clair que notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire a sa propre horloge interne qui peut influencer notre r\u00e9ponse vaccinale.<\/p>\n<h2>Rester en bonne sant\u00e9 pendant la saison du rhume et de la grippe<\/h2>\n<p>Quelle que soit l&rsquo;heure de la journ\u00e9e, il y a quelques mesures \u00e0 prendre pour r\u00e9duire le risque d&rsquo;attraper une maladie infectieuse.
