Apr\u00e8s avoir observ\u00e9 les effets sur les rongeurs, les chercheurs ont pris un groupe de volontaires humains et les ont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 10 000 lumens de lumi\u00e8re vive chaque jour pendant cinq jours. Leurs analyses de sang ont montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils subissaient un grand nombre des changements positifs observ\u00e9s chez les souris.<\/p>\n<p>Comment la lumi\u00e8re vive peut-elle avoir ce type d&rsquo;effet sur la sant\u00e9 cardiaque ? Les cellules du c\u0153ur sont moins susceptibles de subir des dommages \u00e0 long terme dus au manque d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne caus\u00e9 par les crises cardiaques et d&rsquo;autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements cardiaques.
