Avec le temps, la plupart des travailleurs post\u00e9s acceptent leurs fonctions mentales r\u00e9duites et leur somnolence accrue comme un statu quo. Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les personnes qui travaillent de nuit conduisent souvent et effectuent d&rsquo;autres t\u00e2ches dangereuses alors qu&rsquo;elles sont trop affaiblies pour le faire en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, parce qu&rsquo;elles ne se rendent pas compte de leur \u00e9tat de fatigue.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment le travail de nuit diminue les performances<\/h2>\n<p>De nombreuses personnes ne sont pas conscientes des probl\u00e8mes inh\u00e9rents au travail de nuit et \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres quarts de travail non traditionnels.
