Les deux groupes ont pris les trois m\u00eames repas chaque jour. L&rsquo;un des groupes a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un programme d&rsquo;alimentation pr\u00e9coce avec restriction horaire, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;ils ont pris leur premier repas \u00e0 8 heures et leur dernier repas \u00e0 14 heures. L&rsquo;autre groupe a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime alimentaire moins strict, avec un premier repas \u00e0 8 heures et un dernier \u00e0 20 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons de sang et d&rsquo;urine tout au long de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience. Le quatri\u00e8me jour, tous les participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ont \u00e9galement subi des tests m\u00e9taboliques.
