Apr\u00e8s tout, les personnes qui dorment moins boivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus de caf\u00e9. Toutefois, des recherches plus r\u00e9centes sugg\u00e8rent qu&rsquo;un autre m\u00e9canisme pourrait \u00eatre en jeu. Dormir plus longtemps permet d&rsquo;en lib\u00e9rer davantage dans la circulation sanguine, o\u00f9 ils peuvent r\u00e9duire les niveaux d&rsquo;inflammation cardiovasculaire.
