Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que le sommeil est <a href=\"http:\/\/healthysleep.med.harvard.edu\/healthy\/matters\/benefits-of-sleep\/learning-memory\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">essentiel \u00e0 l&rsquo;apprentissage et \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire<\/a>. Selon de nouvelles recherches, il est possible d&rsquo;apprendre en dormant.<\/p>\n<h2>Apprendre en dormant : Un r\u00eave impossible ou une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir s&rsquo;il \u00e9tait possible d&rsquo;apprendre pendant le sommeil. Des chercheurs allemands, par exemple, ont donn\u00e9 \u00e0 des participants un groupe de mots n\u00e9erlandais \u00e0 \u00e9tudier tard dans la nuit. Un groupe a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 maintenu \u00e9veill\u00e9 pour continuer \u00e0 \u00e9tudier, tandis que l&rsquo;autre a dormi en \u00e9coutant les mots \u00e0 voix basse. Lorsque le groupe qui dormait a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9veill\u00e9, les deux groupes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un test sur les mots n\u00e9erlandais qu&rsquo;ils avaient appris. Est-il possible d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir des informations totalement nouvelles pendant le sommeil ? Les chercheurs ont de nouveau test\u00e9 des personnes apprenant une nouvelle langue, cette fois-ci une langue compl\u00e8tement invent\u00e9e. Les personnes dormaient pendant que les mots de cette langue artificielle \u00e9taient diffus\u00e9s \u00e0 voix basse. Lorsqu&rsquo;ils se sont r\u00e9veill\u00e9s, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s sur le vocabulaire nouvellement introduit.
