Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 30 \u00e0 40 % des Am\u00e9ricains d\u00e9clarent avoir souffert d&rsquo;insomnie au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Entre 10 et 15 % d&rsquo;entre eux souffrent d&rsquo;insomnie chronique.
