Cela pourrait expliquer en partie le risque accru de maladie li\u00e9 aux perturbations \u00e0 long terme du rythme circadien.<\/p>\n<h2>Votre corps fonctionne-t-il \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure ?<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que nous ne comprenions pas compl\u00e8tement pourquoi le rythme circadien influe sur la sant\u00e9 et la maladie, la corr\u00e9lation est claire.
