On sait que les niveaux d&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV dans le sang augmentent apr\u00e8s avoir mang\u00e9, en particulier apr\u00e8s avoir dig\u00e9r\u00e9 des aliments comme l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive qui sont riches en graisses insatur\u00e9es. <a href=\"http:\/\/stmichaelshospital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Michael&rsquo;s Hospital<\/a> ont observ\u00e9 que l&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV est un facteur cl\u00e9 d&rsquo;inhibition de la coagulation sanguine.<\/p>\n<p>La coagulation sanguine se produit lorsque les plaquettes sanguines s&rsquo;agglutinent, dans un processus appel\u00e9 agr\u00e9gation plaquettaire, \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;une l\u00e9sion d&rsquo;un vaisseau sanguin ou comme sous-produit d&rsquo;une maladie cardiovasculaire. L&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation plaquettaire peut entra\u00eener des complications telles que le blocage de la circulation sanguine, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 une thrombose potentiellement mortelle. La pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un r\u00e9cepteur plaquettaire particulier, l&rsquo;int\u00e9grine \u03b1IIb\u03b23, est n\u00e9cessaire pour que ce processus se produise. Selon des r\u00e9sultats publi\u00e9s dans la revue <a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1038\/s41467-018-05806-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Nature Communications<\/em><\/a>, l&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV emp\u00eache ce r\u00e9cepteur de se lier aux plaquettes, inhibant ainsi la coagulation et le d\u00e9veloppement de la thrombose.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation plaquettaire, \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 des accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux et des crises cardiaques<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;elle est n\u00e9cessaire, l&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation plaquettaire est une fonction b\u00e9n\u00e9fique et indispensable, mais une agr\u00e9gation inutile peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences potentiellement mortelles. \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation plaquettaire peut sauver des vies, car elle peut arr\u00eater le saignement dans les vaisseaux endommag\u00e9s. Mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous ne voulons pas que les plaquettes bloquent le flux sanguin dans les vaisseaux. Pour qu&rsquo;une plaquette sanguine se lie \u00e0 une autre, le r\u00e9cepteur de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grine \u03b1II\u03b23 se lie \u00e0 une autre prot\u00e9ine pr\u00e9sente en abondance dans le sang, appel\u00e9e fibrinog\u00e8ne. Les mol\u00e9cules de fibrinog\u00e8ne se lient ensuite \u00e0 un second r\u00e9cepteur d&rsquo;int\u00e9grine \u03b1II\u03b23 situ\u00e9 sur une autre plaquette. Les mol\u00e9cules de fibrinog\u00e8ne poursuivent ce processus de liaison, en se liant \u00e9ventuellement \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres prot\u00e9ines, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles conduisent finalement \u00e0 une agr\u00e9gation plaquettaire potentiellement dangereuse.<\/p>\n<p>Tant dans les mod\u00e8les de laboratoire que chez l&rsquo;homme, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a observ\u00e9 que l&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV se lie aux r\u00e9cepteurs de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grine \u03b1II\u03b23 et emp\u00eache essentiellement les mol\u00e9cules de fibrinog\u00e8ne de se lier aux plaquettes, inhibant ainsi l&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation des plaquettes \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des vaisseaux sanguins. Non seulement l&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;obstruction des vaisseaux sanguins caus\u00e9e par l&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation des plaquettes, mais la prot\u00e9ine semble modifier sa propre forme afin d&rsquo;augmenter le flux sanguin et de prot\u00e9ger plus efficacement les vaisseaux contre les obstructions.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le Dr Ni, \u00ab\u00a0il s&rsquo;agit de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un lien entre l&rsquo;apoA-IV, les plaquettes et la thrombose. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce travail, nous avons \u00e9galement expliqu\u00e9 pourquoi des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;apoA-IV peuvent ralentir l&rsquo;accumulation de plaque dans les vaisseaux sanguins, connue sous le nom d&rsquo;ath\u00e9roscl\u00e9rose, car ce processus est \u00e9galement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la fonction plaquettaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ses recherches, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont l&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV interagit avec la nourriture. Apr\u00e8s une prise alimentaire, les plaquettes sanguines sont dans un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;excitation qui facilite le processus de liaison. Les chercheurs ont constat\u00e9 que les repas riches en graisses insatur\u00e9es provoquent un pic presque imm\u00e9diat des niveaux d&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV dans le sang. Ce pic des taux d&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV se traduit par une diminution significative de la liaison et de la stimulation des plaquettes, ce qui r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;inflammation et diminue sensiblement le risque de crise cardiaque ou d&rsquo;accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral.<\/p>\n<h2>La prot\u00e9ine sanguine apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV prot\u00e8ge la sant\u00e9 cardiaque pendant le sommeil<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a fait une autre d\u00e9couverte fascinante en constatant que l&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV poss\u00e8de son propre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/why-you-should-maintain-a-healthy-circadian-rhythm-in-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rythme circadien<\/a>. Les chercheurs ont observ\u00e9 que l&rsquo;apolipoprot\u00e9ine A-IV est plus active la nuit et moins active le matin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00e8re Nature veut que nous dormions bien.
