Ils avaient de meilleures capacit\u00e9s motrices, une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de sommeil et \u00e9taient capables de maintenir une routine plus typique par rapport aux rats qui mangeaient librement. Outre les changements d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, les rats qui ont limit\u00e9 les heures de repas ont montr\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9tique diff\u00e9rente. Ils pr\u00e9sentaient une expression g\u00e9n\u00e9tique plus saine dans le striatum, la r\u00e9gion du cerveau qui r\u00e9git le contr\u00f4le moteur et qui est touch\u00e9e par la maladie de Huntington. Il ne s&rsquo;agit que d&rsquo;une seule \u00e9tude, mais elle sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;une simple modification de l&rsquo;heure des repas pourrait ralentir le rythme de la d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rescence c\u00e9r\u00e9brale dans certaines maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives.<\/p>\n<h2>Avantages pour la sant\u00e9 d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 heure fixe<\/h2>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence des avantages pour les personnes et les animaux qui limitent leurs heures de repas. Les personnes dont les horaires de repas sont restreints sont <a href=\"https:\/\/well.blogs.nytimes.com\/2015\/01\/15\/a-12-hour-window-for-a-healthy-weight\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">moins susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre ob\u00e8ses<\/a>, de souffrir de <a href=\"http:\/\/sciencenetlinks.com\/science-news\/science-updates\/time-restricted-eating\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diab\u00e8te et d&rsquo;autres probl\u00e8mes m\u00e9taboliques<\/a>, et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/time-restricted-eating\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9velopper des maladies cardiovasculaires<\/a>.
