Dans la plupart des r\u00e9gions, oui, environ 1 %. Les accidents, tant dans les v\u00e9hicules que sur le lieu de travail, augmentent fortement le lendemain. Ce co\u00fbt \u00e9norme vaut-il la diff\u00e9rence en termes de d\u00e9penses \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques ? De nombreux pays, comme la Finlande, envisagent d&rsquo;abandonner l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 en raison de ses effets destructeurs sur les citoyens.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment notre corps r\u00e9agit au changement d&rsquo;heure<\/h2>\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, nos horloges internes traitent le changement d&rsquo;heure comme une sorte de d\u00e9calage horaire.
