L&rsquo;effet sur notre tour de taille est bien connu. En revanche, les effets sur notre horloge biologique ne sont pas aussi bien connus. En revanche, les g\u00e8nes et les substances biochimiques qui g\u00e8rent les cycles veille-sommeil n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas affect\u00e9s par l&rsquo;heure des repas. Il s&rsquo;agit notamment de la m\u00e9latonine et du cortisol.<\/p>\n<p>Si les retards dans les repas peuvent affecter les horloges internes, cet effet semble se limiter aux horloges internes qui s&rsquo;occupent du m\u00e9tabolisme et de l&rsquo;alimentation.
