De nouvelles recherches sugg\u00e8rent qu&rsquo;une polyamine appel\u00e9e spermidine, pr\u00e9sente dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;aliments, pourrait pr\u00e9venir et m\u00eame traiter une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de changements c\u00e9r\u00e9braux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la spermidine ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les cellules de notre corps sont diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es et chaque type de cellule est responsable de fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques. Par cons\u00e9quent, des cellules diff\u00e9rentes peuvent avoir des besoins nutritionnels diff\u00e9rents. Les chercheurs commencent tout juste \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir le r\u00f4le de divers nutriments sp\u00e9cifiques aux tissus. La spermidine est l&rsquo;un de ces nutriments sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, une polyamine qui joue un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important dans le cerveau.
