Elle est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re cyclique, ce qui aide notre rythme circadien \u00e0 r\u00e9guler la prise alimentaire. Les souris d\u00e9pourvues de bact\u00e9ries produisent des niveaux extr\u00eamement faibles de NFIL3 de mani\u00e8re cyclique et absorbent donc tr\u00e8s peu de graisses, m\u00eame lorsqu&rsquo;elles ont un r\u00e9gime tr\u00e8s riche en graisses. Les bact\u00e9ries intestinales semblent stimuler la production de NFIL3 quelle que soit l&rsquo;heure de la journ\u00e9e, d\u00e9tournant ainsi le rythme circadien du tractus intestinal. Cette absorption indiscrimin\u00e9e des graisses pourrait \u00eatre l&rsquo;un des m\u00e9canismes par lesquels certaines bact\u00e9ries intestinales provoquent une prise de poids.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c9tablir un tractus gastro-intestinal sain<\/h2>\n<p>Le maintien d&rsquo;un microbiome sain et diversifi\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/another-link-found-gut-bacteria-mental-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">est essentiel \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ensemble du corps<\/a> et \u00e0 un poids raisonnable.
