La plupart des gens attendent simplement que leur corps s&rsquo;adapte, avec l&rsquo;aide de la m\u00e9latonine et d&rsquo;autres suppl\u00e9ments pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus. Il pourrait \u00eatre possible de produire un collyre contenant de la vasopressine pour traiter le d\u00e9calage horaire.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la vasopressine ?<\/h2>\n<p>Comment la vasopressine est-elle utilis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9guler le rythme circadien ? La vasopressine est une hormone produite par l&rsquo;hypothalamus et stock\u00e9e et s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e par l&rsquo;hypophyse post\u00e9rieure. La vasopressine joue un r\u00f4le important dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre des fluides et des \u00e9lectrolytes, mais des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes montrent qu&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/science\/vasopressin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">elle joue divers r\u00f4les dans le corps humain<\/a>. Cette hormone provoque la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;eau dans notre corps, ce qui augmente la pression art\u00e9rielle. Toutefois, les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude sont clairs : les rats dont la r\u00e9tine lib\u00e8re moins de vasopressine souffrent davantage du d\u00e9calage horaire et d&rsquo;un d\u00e9r\u00e8glement circadien que ceux dont les cellules ganglionnaires de la r\u00e9tine exprimant la vasopressine fonctionnent bien.<\/p>\n<h2>Implications pour la sant\u00e9 humaine<\/h2>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude en chronobiologie offre de l&rsquo;espoir aux personnes souffrant de d\u00e9calage horaire et d&rsquo;autres troubles du rythme circadien.
