Selon une nouvelle \u00e9tude, l&rsquo;interf\u00e9rence avec les voies de la m\u00e9latonine et un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de diab\u00e8te pourraient en faire partie.<\/p>\n<p>Que savez-vous des ingr\u00e9dients contenus dans vos insecticides pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s ? Le carbaryl et le carbofuran sont des ingr\u00e9dients communs \u00e0 de nombreux insecticides et ont fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente. Ces insecticides sont tous deux chimiquement similaires \u00e0 la m\u00e9latonine, l&rsquo;hormone qui r\u00e9gule le sommeil, le m\u00e9tabolisme et toute une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;autres processus biologiques importants. En fait, ils sont tous deux si semblables \u00e0 la m\u00e9latonine qu&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurekalert.org\/pub_releases\/2017-01\/uab-imm011917.php\">ils peuvent se lier \u00e0 ses r\u00e9cepteurs<\/a> et provoquer certaines des m\u00eames r\u00e9actions. Cette activation des r\u00e9cepteurs de la m\u00e9latonine peut entra\u00eener une perturbation du rythme circadien et le syndrome m\u00e9tabolique, entre autres effets n\u00e9fastes.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9latonine et radicaux libres<\/h2>\n<p>La plupart des gens associent la m\u00e9latonine au sommeil. Si cette hormone joue un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/melatonin-chronobiology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pr\u00e9parant notre corps \u00e0 dormir la nuit<\/a> et en nous aidant \u00e0 prendre le repos dont nous avons besoin, elle joue \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres r\u00f4les dans la sant\u00e9 humaine.
