De nouvelles recherches sugg\u00e8rent que ces sympt\u00f4mes vagues peuvent \u00eatre caus\u00e9s par un d\u00e9r\u00e8glement du rythme circadien appel\u00e9 maladie du temps circadien.<\/p>\n<h2>Le r\u00f4le du rythme circadien dans la sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Le rythme circadien, ou rythme biologique inn\u00e9 de 24 heures, est une s\u00e9rie complexe d&rsquo;horloges qui maintiennent l&rsquo;organisme sur la bonne voie et veillent \u00e0 ce que divers processus vitaux se d\u00e9roulent aux moments optimaux. Ce processus commence lorsque les r\u00e9tines de vos yeux d\u00e9tectent la lumi\u00e8re ou l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9. L&rsquo;organisme envoie un message au cerveau, qui d\u00e9clenche la production d&rsquo;hormones telles que la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/sleep-2\/melatonin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e9latonine<\/a> et le cortisol.
