Les cellules et les prot\u00e9ines qui composent le noyau suprachiasmatique du cerveau r\u00e9gulent ce cycle quotidien individuel.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le noyau suprachiasmatique ?<\/h2>\n<p>La coordination de votre activit\u00e9 physiologique avec les signaux du monde ext\u00e9rieur est une t\u00e2che complexe g\u00e9r\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/unraveling-mysteries-biological-rhythms-suprachiasmatic-nucleus\/\">une petite partie de l&rsquo;hypothalamus c\u00e9r\u00e9bral appel\u00e9e noyau suprachiasmatique<\/a>. Ce minuscule organe est compos\u00e9 de seulement 42 000 neurones qui re\u00e7oivent des signaux de la r\u00e9tine des yeux et communiquent les informations qu&rsquo;ils re\u00e7oivent aux zones correspondantes du cerveau.
