Une nouvelle \u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les <a href=\"http:\/\/uknow.uky.edu\/content\/uk-researchers-gut-bacteria-have-own-circadian-clock\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">microbes intestinaux et leur rythme circadien sont \u00e9galement en phase avec nos propres rythmes naturels<\/a>. Lorsque nos r\u00e9tines d\u00e9tectent un manque de lumi\u00e8re, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/unraveling-mysteries-biological-rhythms-suprachiasmatic-nucleus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">noyau suprachiasmatique<\/a> de notre hypothalamus d\u00e9clenche la production et la lib\u00e9ration de m\u00e9latonine. Lorsque les gens mangent \u00e0 des heures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, les microbes pr\u00e9sents dans leur tube digestif d\u00e9veloppent un rythme circadien r\u00e9gulier, de sorte qu&rsquo;ils sont plus actifs lorsqu&rsquo;il y a de la nourriture.
