Dormir trop peu ou mal peut entra\u00eener divers troubles de la sant\u00e9, allant du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/research-says-catch-zzzs-battle-obesity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diab\u00e8te de type 2 aux maladies coronariennes<\/a>.
