Cependant, bien que nous nous y adonnions tous, les habitudes et les moments varient d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion du monde \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;il existe une grande diversit\u00e9 entre les cultures, nous partageons tous quelques pratiques de base telles que manger, dormir et se reproduire. Cependant, il existe des diff\u00e9rences majeures dans la mani\u00e8re dont ces activit\u00e9s biologiques essentielles sont abord\u00e9es \u00e0 travers le monde. Comprendre comment le sommeil diff\u00e8re selon les nationalit\u00e9s et les groupes culturels peut nous aider \u00e0 comprendre l&rsquo;impact qu&rsquo;il peut avoir sur la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<h2>Le sommeil dans le monde<\/h2>\n<p>Comment le sommeil varie-t-il dans le monde ? Les anthropologues ont identifi\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.howsleepworks.com\/anthropology_cultures.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quelques diff\u00e9rences essentielles<\/a>.
