Si cette substance biochimique fonctionne effectivement comme une hormone de stress &#8211; et peut avoir des effets n\u00e9gatifs en cas d&rsquo;exc\u00e8s -, elle est une hormone n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 toute une s\u00e9rie de fonctions biologiques humaines. Elle est produite \u00e0 partir du cholest\u00e9rol dans les glandes surr\u00e9nales, qui se trouvent directement au-dessus des reins. Elle est lib\u00e9r\u00e9e en cas de stress, d&rsquo;hypoglyc\u00e9mie, d&rsquo;exercice physique et le matin. Elle r\u00e9pond aux besoins <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/category\/energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/a> accrus en augmentant le taux de sucre dans le sang afin de fournir suffisamment d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et d&rsquo;aider \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;inflammation.
