Tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, la lumi\u00e8re frappe notre atmosph\u00e8re sous diff\u00e9rents angles, produisant de l\u00e9gers changements de couleur. Bien que nous ne remarquions que rarement le changement l\u00e9ger et progressif de la couleur de la lumi\u00e8re, nos yeux l&rsquo;enregistrent. Cette information est transmise \u00e0 notre cerveau comme un indice de l&rsquo;heure de la journ\u00e9e. Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e sur des souris sugg\u00e8re que cette couleur de lumi\u00e8re est un r\u00e9gulateur important du rythme circadien. Lorsque des <a href=\"http:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosbiology\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pbio.1002482\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">souris ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9pourvues du r\u00e9cepteur de m\u00e9lanopsine de l&rsquo;\u0153il qui per\u00e7oit la lumi\u00e8re bleue<\/a>, elles ont r\u00e9agi en produisant moins de cortisol et plus de m\u00e9latonine. En outre, elles ont montr\u00e9 moins d&rsquo;aversion pour la lumi\u00e8re, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;elles recherchaient moins les zones ombrag\u00e9es.
