Une nouvelle \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont la lumi\u00e8re bleue affecte notre m\u00e9tabolisme et a trouv\u00e9 un lien possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Lumi\u00e8re bleue et m\u00e9latonine<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00eatre humain est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre \u00e9veill\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;il fait clair et endormi pendant la majeure partie des heures sombres. Lorsque nos r\u00e9tines d\u00e9tectent de faibles niveaux de lumi\u00e8re, elles transmettent un message au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/unraveling-mysteries-biological-rhythms-suprachiasmatic-nucleus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">noyau suprachiasmatique <\/a>de l&rsquo;hypothalamus. Il y a de fortes chances que la lumi\u00e8re bleue, qui est la lumi\u00e8re pr\u00e9dominante dans les appareils \u00e9lectriques, nous emp\u00eache litt\u00e9ralement de dormir. Les personnes expos\u00e9es \u00e0 une lumi\u00e8re intense pendant qu&rsquo;elles mangeaient le soir pr\u00e9sentaient des <a href=\"http:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0155601\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">taux de glucose plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, une plus grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline et un m\u00e9tabolisme plus lent de leurs repas<\/a>.
