Elle peut toucher les globules rouges, les globules blancs, les plaquettes ou toute combinaison de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Les cellules sanguines \u00e9tant essentielles \u00e0 la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des fonctions de l&rsquo;organisme, ce type de cancer peut se manifester par une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de sympt\u00f4mes tels que la fatigue, la fi\u00e8vre et des ecchymoses (bleus). Ce type de leuc\u00e9mie pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de m\u00e9tastases, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de propagation, car les cellules sanguines ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;organisme.<\/p>\n<h2>Le rythme circadien du cancer<\/h2>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 que la perturbation du rythme interne d&rsquo;une cellule est l&rsquo;une des principales causes du cancer, mais elle pourrait aussi en \u00eatre le traitement. Les personnes qui ne dorment pas suffisamment ou qui dorment \u00e0 des heures irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res sont plus susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper des mutations qui conduisent au cancer. Les <a href=\"http:\/\/mcr.aacrjournals.org\/content\/8\/7\/952.full\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mutations des g\u00e8nes CLOCK et d&rsquo;autres g\u00e8nes li\u00e9s au rythme circadien<\/a> semblent particuli\u00e8rement importantes dans le passage d&rsquo;une cellule saine \u00e0 une cellule anormale puis maligne.<\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle \u00e9tude sugg\u00e8re que les cellules de la leuc\u00e9mie my\u00e9lo\u00efde aigu\u00eb ont un rythme circadien tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent de celui des cellules saines. Les cellules canc\u00e9reuses se d\u00e9veloppent souvent de mani\u00e8re incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e, sans les contr\u00f4les et les \u00e9quilibres qui r\u00e9gulent la croissance des cellules saines. Les <a href=\"http:\/\/medicalxpress.com\/news\/2016-04-disrupting-circadian-rhythm-acute-myeloid.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cellules leuc\u00e9miques semblent particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9pendantes de deux g\u00e8nes, BMAL1 et CLOCK<\/a>.
