Nos rues et nos quartiers sont couverts de lumi\u00e8res qui nous aident \u00e0 voir et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le danger. \u00c0 bien des \u00e9gards, cela nous a rendus plus s\u00fbrs que jamais. Cependant, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iau.org\/news\/pressreleases\/detail\/iau1510\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la lumi\u00e8re ambiante de nos villes et villages entra\u00eene une pollution tr\u00e8s moderne : un manque d&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 au moment o\u00f9 nous en avons le plus besoin<\/a>. M\u00eame lorsque nous avons l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 de la nuit, nous baignons dans la lumi\u00e8re per\u00e7ue par notre cerveau. Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes en chronobiologie sugg\u00e8rent que cela peut avoir un effet sur notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/the-basics-of-your-sleep-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sommeil<\/a> et donc sur notre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>La pollution lumineuse est-elle mauvaise pour nous ?<\/h2>\n<p>Si une plan\u00e8te bien \u00e9clair\u00e9e peut donner l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus s\u00fbre, elle peut en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 repr\u00e9senter un danger. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/307227.php?tw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">29 % des personnes vivant dans des zones bien \u00e9clair\u00e9es estiment qu&rsquo;elles ne dorment pas suffisamment<\/a>, ce qui peut pr\u00e9senter des risques pour la sant\u00e9. En fait, les habitants de ces zones sont trois fois plus susceptibles de se plaindre de probl\u00e8mes de sommeil tels que l&rsquo;insomnie.
