Selon de nouvelles recherches, le manque de sommeil pourrait d\u00e9clencher un comportement similaire, entra\u00eenant une prise de poids, voire une ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, sur une longue p\u00e9riode de privation de sommeil.<\/p>\n<h2>Privation de sommeil et endocannabino\u00efdes<\/h2>\n<p>Les mol\u00e9cules qui provoquent l&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la consommation de marijuana sont appel\u00e9es cannabino\u00efdes. Notre corps produit une mol\u00e9cule similaire, appel\u00e9e endocannabino\u00efdes, en plus petites quantit\u00e9s. Les endocannabino\u00efdes ont un effet similaire \u00e0 celui des cannabino\u00efdes, en fatiguant les personnes et en diminuant leur m\u00e9moire et leurs capacit\u00e9s cognitives. Non seulement cela pourrait r\u00e9duire vos envies d&rsquo;aliments malsains, mais cela pourrait aussi \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour votre sant\u00e9 \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards.
