Cependant, de nouvelles recherches sugg\u00e8rent que les rythmes ultradiens sont essentiels au maintien d&rsquo;une bonne sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n<h2>Que sont les rythmes ultradiens ?<\/h2>\n<p>La plupart des gens connaissent les rythmes circadiens, ou horloges internes de 24 heures. Nos rythmes circadiens sont essentiels au maintien d&rsquo;un cycle veille-sommeil sain et, en fin de compte, au maintien d&rsquo;une bonne sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
