Le contr\u00f4le \u00e9motionnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini par divers facteurs, notamment la conscience \u00e9motionnelle des autres et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les impulsions.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, les chercheurs n&rsquo;ont pas trouv\u00e9 de lien entre le contr\u00f4le \u00e9motionnel et le sommeil. Cependant, un lien est apparu clairement au fil du temps. Lorsqu&rsquo;elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9interrog\u00e9es des mois et des ann\u00e9es plus tard, les personnes ayant fait \u00e9tat d&rsquo;un manque de contr\u00f4le \u00e9motionnel \u00e9taient plus susceptibles de souffrir d&rsquo;insomnie ou de r\u00e9cidive d&rsquo;insomnie que les personnes ayant un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes ayant souffert d&rsquo;une perte de contr\u00f4le \u00e9motionnel pendant la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00e9taient \u00e9galement plus susceptibles de souffrir d&rsquo;insomnie r\u00e9currente et persistante. Au total, les personnes ayant un faible contr\u00f4le \u00e9motionnel ont 11 % de risques suppl\u00e9mentaires de ne pas dormir suffisamment.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9motions et insomnie : <\/strong>La poule ou l&rsquo;\u0153uf ?<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que cette recherche ait d\u00e9montr\u00e9 un lien entre le contr\u00f4le \u00e9motionnel et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/about-chronobiology\/#CircadianRhythm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rythme circadien<\/a>, d&rsquo;autres recherches seront n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9terminer si l&rsquo;un de ces facteurs est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de l&rsquo;autre. Ils pourraient m\u00eame \u00eatre li\u00e9s par un troisi\u00e8me facteur, actuellement inconnu.<\/p>\n<p>On a constat\u00e9 que l&rsquo;insomnie et la d\u00e9tresse \u00e9motionnelle sont toutes deux caus\u00e9es <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2128619\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">par l&rsquo;hyperexcitation du syst\u00e8me nerveux central<\/a>. Or, les perturbations du rythme circadien peuvent affecter les \u00e9motions et vice-versa. La fa\u00e7on dont ces deux facteurs interagissent et s&rsquo;aggravent l&rsquo;un l&rsquo;autre peut les rendre tr\u00e8s difficiles \u00e0 traiter.<\/p>\n<h2>Sommeil et \u00e9motions<\/h2>\n<p>Ind\u00e9pendamment de la cause de la d\u00e9tresse \u00e9motionnelle, de nombreuses \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un meilleur sommeil peut \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 psychologique.
