De nombreux liens entre les horloges internes et le syst\u00e8me endocrinien ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s dans plusieurs \u00e9tudes r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9es en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chronobiologie<\/a>. De nombreuses personnes diab\u00e9tiques connaissent ce que l&rsquo;on appelle le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de l&rsquo;aube, dans lequel le foie lib\u00e8re de grandes quantit\u00e9s de glucose dans la circulation sanguine juste avant l&rsquo;aube. La glyc\u00e9mie peut \u00eatre aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle contenue dans deux canettes de soda ordinaire. Cela peut poser des probl\u00e8mes aux personnes souffrant de diab\u00e8te difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire et leur temps de sommeil \u00e9taient identiques. Cependant, les horaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9terminer leur effet sur la sant\u00e9 lorsque tous les autres facteurs sont identiques.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant huit jours, les participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ont suivi un rythme quotidien normal : petit-d\u00e9jeuner le matin, d\u00eener le soir et sommeil la nuit. Cet horaire a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 invers\u00e9 pendant quatre semaines. Les participants prenaient leur petit-d\u00e9jeuner le soir, travaillaient toute la nuit, d\u00eenaient le matin et dormaient toute la journ\u00e9e. Les niveaux de glucose dans le sang ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis tout au long de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, avec des r\u00e9sultats surprenants. La glyc\u00e9mie post-prandiale \u00e9tait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 17 % le soir que le matin, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s des repas identiques. Et ce, quel que soit le poste de travail des participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<h2>Ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement ce que vous mangez, mais aussi le moment o\u00f9 vous le faites<\/h2>\n<p>Ces nouvelles informations offrent une explication possible au fait que les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/280158.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travailleurs post\u00e9s sont plus susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper un diab\u00e8te<\/a>. L&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, du syndrome m\u00e9tabolique et du diab\u00e8te de type 2 pourrait \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9salignement circadien g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;avenir d&rsquo;une alimentation bas\u00e9e sur la chronobiologie<\/h2>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fis de la vie moderne ne vont pas dispara\u00eetre, mais ils peuvent \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 mieux s&rsquo;aligner sur notre rythme circadien.
