Le Dr Jan-Dirk Fauteck, chronobiologiste allemand, a \u00e9valu\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es scientifiques relatives \u00e0 ce changement d&rsquo;heure bisannuel et, pour les personnes souffrant de probl\u00e8mes cardiovasculaires, il donne le \u00ab\u00a0feu vert\u00a0\u00bb au changement d&rsquo;heure automnal. Il semblerait que notre corps per\u00e7oive comme une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction l&rsquo;allongement de la dur\u00e9e de la nuit. Le premier lundi et le premier mardi suivant l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du changement d&rsquo;heure \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne, on a constat\u00e9 une diminution de 5 \u00e0 10 % des crises cardiaques et autres probl\u00e8mes cardiaques par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne. Toutefois, le tableau est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent au printemps&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dans les 200 grandes villes am\u00e9ricaines \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, les lundis suivant le passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 du printemps, la navigation sur internet et l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue des activit\u00e9s sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ont consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 par rapport aux lundis pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant et suivant le passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. La revue <em>Applied Psychology<\/em> a \u00e9galement fait \u00e9tat d&rsquo;une augmentation du nombre de privations importantes de sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que cela ne semble pas tr\u00e8s mena\u00e7ant pour notre sant\u00e9, d&rsquo;autres chiffres refl\u00e8tent en fait des implications plus s\u00e9rieuses.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et ses effets sur la sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5503 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-2-201x300.jpg\" alt=\"Daylight Saving \" width=\"201\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-2-201x300.jpg 201w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-2-768x1147.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-2.jpg 686w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 201px) 100vw, 201px\" \/><\/a>Examinons tout d&rsquo;abord les effets du changement d&rsquo;heure sur la sant\u00e9 cardiaque. En mars 2013, l&rsquo;American College of Cardiology <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/25332784\/#:~:text=Background%3A%20Prior%20research%20has%20shown,standard%20time%20in%20the%20fall.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 dans son journal<\/a> que le lundi suivant l&rsquo;avancement d&rsquo;une heure de l&rsquo;heure, la probabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une crise cardiaque augmentait de 25 %. L&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Alabama <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2012\/03\/120307162555.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a constat\u00e9 une augmentation de 10 % des crises cardiaques et autres attaques graves<\/a> le lundi et le mardi suivant l&rsquo;introduction de l&rsquo;heure avanc\u00e9e de printemps.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les scientifiques su\u00e9dois de l&rsquo;extr\u00eame nord de l&rsquo;Europe, le premier mardi de l&rsquo;heure avanc\u00e9e de printemps est un jour particuli\u00e8rement dangereux. Inversement, ces m\u00eames statistiques diminuent dans le m\u00eame ordre et dans les m\u00eames proportions les lundis et mardis suivant le retour \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure normale \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne. Un certain type de mal de t\u00eate qui n&rsquo;est ressenti que dans la moiti\u00e9 de la t\u00eate et qui peut durer des jours ou des semaines peut apparemment aussi \u00eatre d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par le changement d&rsquo;heure au printemps. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, les gens semblent mieux tol\u00e9rer le changement d&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;automne, qui a lieu le dernier dimanche d&rsquo;octobre.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es du secteur des assurances vont \u00e9galement dans ce sens. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/nejm199604043341416\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">augmentation<\/a> corr\u00e9lative et frappante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/nejm199604043341416\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">des accidents de la route<\/a> peut s&rsquo;expliquer par une baisse de la vigilance. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les blessures et les incidents sur le lieu de travail, o\u00f9 la performance physique fait partie du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/about-chronobiology\/#CircadianRhythm\">rythme circadien<\/a> s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sur les 24 heures qui composent une journ\u00e9e et sert principalement \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la lib\u00e9ration d&rsquo;hormones. \u00c0 ce titre, il agit comme le principal moteur des \u00e9motions, des sensations telles que la faim et du besoin de sommeil. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, des scientifiques du monde entier ont compris comment l&rsquo;horloge interne du corps humain enregistre sensiblement le changement, soi-disant mineur, de 60 minutes associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs attribuent aux perturbations du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/the-basics-of-your-sleep-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cycle<\/a> habituel du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/the-basics-of-your-sleep-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sommeil<\/a> et \u00e0 leurs effets sur les hormones de stress l&rsquo;augmentation significative des crises cardiaques dans les premiers jours suivant l&rsquo;introduction de l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 au printemps. Les hormones de stress sont des messagers sp\u00e9ciaux induits pour adapter les organes \u00e0 des conditions changeantes et potentiellement difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e au 18e si\u00e8cle par le scientifique Benjamin Franklin afin de br\u00fbler moins de bougies et de mieux utiliser la lumi\u00e8re du soleil. Mais les quelques d\u00e9cennies qui se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9es depuis l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la loi en 1966 n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisantes pour permettre biologiquement \u00e0 nos horloges internes de s&rsquo;ajuster d&rsquo;une heure en une seule nuit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5504 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-3-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Daylight Saving \" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/daylight-saving-time-60-minutes-is-no-small-change-3.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>De tels changements de temps sont loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre anodins pour l&rsquo;organisme. Les hormones responsables de la conduite et de l&rsquo;adaptation, telles que le cortisol et les substances apparent\u00e9es, modifient en fait les g\u00e8nes associ\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement de processus d&rsquo;inflammation cellulaire silencieux dans l&rsquo;organisme. Il en r\u00e9sulte un stress pour le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. Dans de telles situations, les fonctions du syst\u00e8me immunitaire sont \u00e9galement restreintes et, en conjonction avec d&rsquo;autres facteurs de risque, la probabilit\u00e9 de diab\u00e8te ou m\u00eame de cancer augmente.<\/p>\n<p>Des changements biologiques sp\u00e9cifiques peuvent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision.  Un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 de corticost\u00e9ro\u00efde, une hormone st\u00e9ro\u00efde s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e par les glandes surr\u00e9nales, ralentit la formation de nouvelles cellules nerveuses dans la r\u00e9gion de l&rsquo;hippocampe du cerveau. Le manque de sommeil peut d\u00e9clencher la faim pendant la journ\u00e9e, m\u00eame si la personne n&rsquo;est pas fatigu\u00e9e, et peut donc \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, \u00e0 un \u00e9tat pr\u00e9diab\u00e9tique ou \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline.<\/p>\n<h2>Moyens de r\u00e9duire les risques pour la sant\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Les m\u00e9decins anti-\u00e2ge tels que le Dr Jan-Dirk Fauteck, chronobiologiste, constatent \u00e9galement des signes de perturbation de la production de l&rsquo;hormone de croissance HGH, normalement lib\u00e9r\u00e9e pendant le sommeil, une perturbation qui contribue clairement au vieillissement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Notre mode de vie moderne impose \u00e0 de nombreuses personnes d&rsquo;ignorer le rythme de leur horloge interne autrement qu&rsquo;en suivant les changements d&rsquo;heure semestriels. La m\u00e9decine anti-\u00e2ge <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/life-style\/health\/daylight-saving-time-ends-fall-back-healthy-article-1.1503957\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recommande les mesures suivantes<\/a> pour r\u00e9duire au minimum les perturbations de la sant\u00e9 caus\u00e9es par les changements d&rsquo;heure saisonniers :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9vitez de regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision au moins une heure avant de vous coucher.<\/li>\n<li>S&rsquo;exposer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 un soleil radieux qui synchronise l&rsquo;horloge biologique.<\/li>\n<li>Si possible, dormez dans l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 totale.<\/li>\n<li>N&rsquo;utilisez que des lumi\u00e8res orange, jaunes ou rouges la nuit.<\/li>\n<li>Dormez \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature ambiante id\u00e9ale de 60-68\u00b0F ; pas plus chaude que 70\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Prenez un bain chaud 90 \u00e0 120 minutes avant de vous coucher pour pr\u00e9parer votre corps au sommeil.<\/li>\n<li>Ne stressez pas vos sens le matin avec un r\u00e9veil bruyant et strident.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;id\u00e9al est de commencer la journ\u00e9e avec 10 \u00e0 15 minutes de soleil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9loignez les champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (CEM) de la chambre \u00e0 coucher. Les CEM perturbent le fonctionnement de la glande pin\u00e9ale et, par cons\u00e9quent, la production de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/sleep-2\/melatonin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9latonine<\/a>.
