Le plaisir et la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 sont garantis \u00e0 chaque repas.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment fonctionne la chrononutrition?<\/h2>\n<p>Une alimentation saine signifie avant tout une chose : manger en fonction de son horloge interne ! Certains rythmes biologiques au cours de la journ\u00e9e n\u00e9cessitent des aliments diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 des moments d\u00e9termin\u00e9s. Par cons\u00e9quent, ce qui est fondamental, ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement la quantit\u00e9 que nous mangeons, mais plut\u00f4t QUAND nous mangeons QUOI.<\/p>\n<h4>La r\u00e8gle de base la plus importante est la suivante : 3 repas par jour suffisent!<\/h4>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a que trois repas par jour : le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, le d\u00e9jeuner et le d\u00eener. Les collations ne sont pas autoris\u00e9es. Attention : cinq \u00e0 six heures doivent s&rsquo;\u00e9couler entre les repas. De cette fa\u00e7on, le taux de sucre dans le sang peut baisser apr\u00e8s les repas. En outre, pendant la longue nuit, le m\u00e9tabolisme utilise l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de graisse. Ce n&rsquo;est que de cette mani\u00e8re que le corps peut attaquer et d\u00e9composer les r\u00e9serves de graisse stock\u00e9es en profondeur.<\/p>\n<h4>Que peut-on manger et \u00e0 quel repas?<\/h4>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s ne consiste toutefois pas seulement \u00e0 suivre les principes de base de la chrononutrition, \u00e0 savoir quand manger ou ne pas manger quelque chose. Ce que l\u2019on mange \u00e0 chaque repas est \u00e9galement important, car les sucres, les graisses et les prot\u00e9ines sont trait\u00e9s diff\u00e9remment par l\u2019organisme \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><u><em>Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner:<\/em><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner est le repas le plus important de la journ\u00e9e, car il constitue la base du fonctionnement du m\u00e9tabolisme de l&rsquo;organisme tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Ne le sautez pas, car il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de consommer la majeure partie de l&rsquo;alimentation quotidienne en d\u00e9but de journ\u00e9e. Pour bien commencer la journ\u00e9e, nous avons besoin de glucides sous forme de sucre et d&rsquo;amidon au petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Pour \u00e9viter les pics d&rsquo;insuline inutilement \u00e9lev\u00e9s, le sucre ne doit \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 que lentement. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de choisir des produits \u00e0 base de farine compl\u00e8te. Les sauces sucr\u00e9es et v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes, les fruits, le muesli et les sucreries sont \u00e9galement autoris\u00e9s. En revanche, les prot\u00e9ines animales telles que le lait, les \u0153ufs, les saucisses ou le fromage constituent un obstacle, il faut donc les \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n<p><u><em>Le d\u00e9jeuner:<\/em><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Tout est permis au d\u00e9jeuner, aussi bien les prot\u00e9ines que les graisses et les glucides. Mais attention \u00e0 ne pas en faire trop pour \u00e9viter une baisse de performance dans la seconde moiti\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;opter pour un m\u00e9lange \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><u><em>Le d\u00eener :<\/em><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Le dernier repas de la journ\u00e9e doit \u00eatre compos\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines, en \u00e9vitant les sucres et les f\u00e9culents. C&rsquo;est important pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019organisme \u00e0 un sommeil r\u00e9parateur et pour \u00e9viter les grosses fringales dans les 12 heures pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Veillez \u00e0 ne pas trop manger aux repas et \u00e0 ne pas consommer tous les aliments \u00e0 chaque repas.
