Su sue\u00f1o -o la falta del mismo- es uno de los factores m\u00e1s importantes para su salud, tanto hoy como a lo largo de su vida.<\/p>\n<p>El D\u00eda Mundial del Sue\u00f1o se celebr\u00f3 el 13 de marzo para promover la concienciaci\u00f3n sobre el papel del sue\u00f1o en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/strong-link-uncovered-between-body-clock-and-mental-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">salud mental y f\u00edsica<\/a>. Incluso cuando nuestro planeta est\u00e1 centrado en los peligros de las enfermedades v\u00edricas pand\u00e9micas, debemos tomar medidas para mantenernos lo m\u00e1s sanos posible.<\/p>\n<p>En este evento participan expertos mundiales de diversas disciplinas, entre ellos cient\u00edficos, profesionales de la salud y personas que sufren trastornos del sue\u00f1o. Juntos, estos expertos elaboraron una serie de diez recomendaciones que pueden ayudarnos a dormir mejor.<\/p>\n<p>El sue\u00f1o no s\u00f3lo es importante para la salud personal. Las personas que duermen mejor son m\u00e1s productivas y m\u00e1s capaces de resolver problemas. Dormir nos hace menos propensos a sufrir accidentes en nuestros desplazamientos diarios y en el trabajo. Adem\u00e1s, dormir m\u00e1s reducir\u00e1 nuestro consumo de combustible y electricidad, lo que lo convierte en una opci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<h2>Los diez mandamientos del sue\u00f1o<\/h2>\n<p>Los impulsores de este evento han elaborado una lista de <a href=\"https:\/\/worldsleepday.org\/usetoolkit\/resources\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diez \u00abmandamientos\u00bb para tener una vida de sue\u00f1o saludable:<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1. 1. Establecer un horario de sue\u00f1o regular, acost\u00e1ndose y despert\u00e1ndose a la misma hora todos los d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>2. Evitar las siestas, limit\u00e1ndose a un m\u00e1ximo de 45 minutos de sue\u00f1o durante el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>3. Beba poco alcohol (\u00a1si es que lo bebe!) en las cuatro horas anteriores a acostarse y abst\u00e9ngase por completo de la nicotina.<\/p>\n<p>4. Aunque los tentempi\u00e9s ligeros antes de acostarse pueden ayudarle a conciliar el sue\u00f1o, debe evitar los alimentos picantes y dulces por la tarde y por la noche.<\/p>\n<p>6. Haz mucho ejercicio durante el d\u00eda, pero no antes de acostarte.<\/p>\n<p>7. Haz que tu cama o zona de dormir sea lo m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda y tranquilizadora posible.<\/p>\n<p>8. Mantenga su dormitorio ventilado y a una temperatura agradable.<\/p>\n<p>9. Evite ruidos y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/blue-light-blocking-glasses-and-your-sleep\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">luces que puedan interferir en conciliar y mantener el sue\u00f1o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>10.
