Se ha descubierto que una hormona concreta responsable del control del hambre y la saciedad, conocida como grelina, desempe\u00f1a un papel importante. Cuando tenemos hambre, el nivel de grelina en sangre aumenta y vuelve a descender despu\u00e9s de comer.<\/p>\n<h2>Restringir las comidas aumenta la motivaci\u00f3n para hacer ejercicio<\/h2>\n<p>En el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/31629323\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estudio<\/a>, investigadores japoneses de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad de Kurume dividieron ratones en dos grupos. Es posible que este mismo mecanismo aumente la motivaci\u00f3n para la actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque estos hallazgos se hicieron en animales y se necesitan m\u00e1s estudios para confirmar que la grelina tiene el mismo efecto en los seres humanos, las investigaciones realizadas hasta ahora sugieren que comer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/impact-delayed-meal-times-bodys-biological-clocks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tres comidas regulares<\/a> con periodos de ayuno y sin picar entre horas podr\u00eda ayudar a las personas que quieren perder peso a sentirse m\u00e1s motivadas para hacer ejercicio.
