Los investigadores se propusieron responder a esta pregunta.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfViven los humanos modernos en una oscuridad biol\u00f3gica?<\/h2>\n<p>Los seres humanos modernos han cambiado la luz solar natural por l\u00e1mparas fluorescentes y otros tipos de iluminaci\u00f3n artificial. \u00bfNos afecta esto a nivel fisiol\u00f3gico? \u00bfNuestros cuerpos reaccionan de la misma manera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/too-much-dim-light-causes-cognitive-impairment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a la luz artificial<\/a> que a la luz solar natural?<\/p>\n<p>Para averiguarlo, los investigadores llevaron a un grupo de voluntarios a un laboratorio especial. Se les expuso a distintas longitudes de onda de luz durante tres horas seguidas. Todos los participantes pasaron un bloque de tiempo bajo una luz muy tenue, seguido de otro bajo una luz de diferentes longitudes de onda.
