El papel del ojo en la sincronizaci\u00f3n del ritmo circadiano es crucial para ajustar la hora en nuestros relojes internos.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1s que la vista: La funci\u00f3n de los ojos<\/h2>\n<p>El ojo es un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allaboutvision.com\/resources\/anatomy.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00f3rgano complejo formado por varias partes<\/a>, cada una de las cuales desempe\u00f1a una funci\u00f3n importante. La c\u00f3rnea es una pieza protectora transparente que cubre las estructuras internas, como el iris, que es un anillo de color que rodea la pupila. Las personas con IpRGC defectuosas o ausentes tienen un ritmo interno que no se alinea con el de la rotaci\u00f3n diaria del planeta. Duermen a horas extra\u00f1as y cambian constantemente, lo que les dificulta mantener un trabajo o cumplir con sus obligaciones sociales.
