Encontraron correlaciones entre la hora de acostarse de los sujetos y su IMC. Los investigadores concluyeron que los adolescentes no duermen las 9 horas recomendadas y que esta alteraci\u00f3n de sus procesos biol\u00f3gicos dificulta que se mantengan alerta y despiertos en la escuela. Sencillamente, no nos cuidamos como deber\u00edamos.
